"Can I cancel my subscription?" - Yes. Currently we do not have an easy to use customer portal, that is something we are working on, in the meantime if you wish to pause or cancel just email us and we will do it for you no questions asked.

"Is your shilajit tested for contaminants and heavy metals?" - Yes, our Shilajit is sourced from the Hunza Valley, right where The Himalayas and The Karakoram ranges meet, also known as the 'roof of the world' which is the highest source of Shilajit on the planet. This means it's the purist product you can find, it has been 3rd party tested for all heavy metals, pesticides and contaminants. "Is your shilajit raw?" - Our Shilajit is totally free of any heat processing. It is sun dried after it has been filtered and purified using moringa seeds in the traditional manner. If Shilajit is heat treated it damages the product itself which is why we recommend using lukewarm water to make a tea with.

"What are humic and fulvic acids?" - Humic acids are a group of acids that organically form in healthy soil. Fulvic acid is one of these acids which works as a natural chelator which can assist with the elimination of toxins like heavy metals through urination. It also works to increase the absorption of essential minerals, this combined with Shilajit's potent concentration of minerals means you're not just ingesting minerals but effectively absorbing them as well. Fulvic acid has also been used to help with gut health and has been shown to shift the ratio of bacteria in the gut, increasing the healthy bacteria by 30%.

"Why is the lid stuck?!" - As Shilajit is a resin, in the cold it will harden so if there is any on the lid it will get very sticky. All you need to to is submerge in a bit of warm water and it will loosen off for you. Keep the lid as clean as possible to prevent this from happening.
