The alchemical combination of two naturally occurring superfoods; Raw Honey and Bee Pollen. Bee Pollen has an extremely tough outer cell wall which makes it difficult for our bodies to digest, but, when the bees mix the pollen with enzyme rich secretions and raw honey it undergoes a lactic acid fermentation. This process breaks down the tough cell wall, creating a pre-digested potent superfood.
