0.5 - 1 gram (half a pippett) either as a tea with warm (not boiling) water, or straight under the tongue. Aristotle was known to prescribe it in milk with honey.

Tried this a while back per recommendation, loved using it but tried another brand more recently…just not the same. Mana by far the best tasting and I can actually feel the energy difference
